哈哈，这个日记迟写了一天。。
昨天太累了，一躺下就睡着了，
忘了写。。
补写，补写！
昨天学校有5节没上课，
所以，一整天都在玩~
科学教了第6课
Chapter 6: Nuclear Energy
1.Radioactive substances are elements with unstable nuclei which undergo spontaneous decay to become more stable elements while emitting dangerous and invisible radioactive radiation .
The isotopes carbon-14 , cobalt-60 , and iodine-131 are radioactive substances.
2.Radioactive decay or radioactivity is a proses where an unstable atom becomes a more stable atom by emitting particles or radiation .
Unstable atom---> radioactive radiation + radioactive particles + more stable atom
3.Radioactive Radiation
There are 3 types of radioactive radiations emitted during nucleus decay.
a)alpha radiation
b)beta radiation
c)gamma radiation
(a)
Alpha radiation is a stream of alpha particles which consist of charged helium ions.
The helium nucleus has two protons and two neutrons.
It is positive charged.
It is heavy compared to beta particles.
It deflected towards the negative plate while on electric field.
It has strong ionising power.
It has weakest penetrating power and can be block by a sheet of paper.
(b)
Beta radiation is a stream of beta particles which consist of negatively charged electron.
It is light compared to beta particles.
It deflected towards the positive plate while on electric field.
It has weak ionising power.
It has medium penetrating power and can be blocked by a sheet of copper 1mm think.
(c)
Gamma radiation consist of high frequency electromagnetic waves with very short wave lengths.
It is neutral and not deflected in both magnetic and electric fields.
It has the weakest ionising power.
It has highest penetrating power and can be blocked by a sheet of think lead or a think concrete wall.

刚开始教，
dy/dx = gradient
别的不会了。
惭愧。
